  1. The Floating Palette and Toolbars
  2.        Quick access to various functions and tools in MacPublisher
  3.  is provided by a Floating Tool Palette and two tool bars: the 
  4.  Attribute Toolbar, which is the upper of the two toolbars appearing 
  5.  just below the menu bar, and the Text Toolbar which appears directly
  6.  below the Attribute Toolbar. The Floating Tool Palette, is displayed 
  7.  as a vertical column of icons, initially placed on the left side of the 
  8.  screen.
  9.     The Toolbars consist of buttons and boxes with pull-down menus. The 
  10.  Floating Tool Palette consists entirely of buttons. Clicking on a button in 
  11.  either the Floating Tool Palette or the two toolbars either performs a 
  12.  command or activates a tool. The buttons are represented by icons that 
  13.  provide some indication of what clicking on that button will do. The 
  14.  boxes are used to enter specific text or attribute values. This is 
  15.  accomplished either by using the pull-down menu activated by clicking 
  16.  and holding on the downward facing arrowhead to the right of the box 
  17.  and selecting the desired value, or, when possible, entering text directly 
  18.  into the dialog box.
